To guard against fraud, all credit card orders are subject to approval and billing address verification. All electronic check orders will be shipped pending funds verification. Upon verification, in-stock items will be shipped the same day. Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the verification process. If all of the products on your order are in stock, Palmetto Outlet will immediately ship the order. Any orders that are only partially in stock will be held until 100% of the order is filled. We will notify you in the event of this. Requests to ship partial orders must be communicated to us and additional shipping fees may apply. In the event that an item becomes unavailable on your order, Palmetto Outlet reserves the right to cancel the order for the affected item(s) or cancel the entire order. Should this happen, we will notify you and promptly refund your money.

We ship only to the billing address of the credit card which is limited to the US. If, for any reason, your order is not delivered and returned by the shipping agent, you will be responsible for all shipping fees and subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Please verify your address is correct before placing your order.

Return Policy

To give you the lowest possible price, Palmetto Outlet deals only with major wholesalers. Because of this, we are required to adhere to their policies and procedures. Because some manufacturers/wholesalers require defective or damaged merchandise to be returned directly to them, it is important to obtain prior authorization before retuning any item. For any and all returns, Buyer must fill out and follow all instructions on the Support Ticket system to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. (NOTE: Your Support Ticket number is NOT your RA number!) When you recieve your RA number, you must include it on the shipping label and any enclosed paperwork. We strongly recommend using a method of shipment that provides a tracking number.

Any claims for shortages must be reported to Palmetto Outlet within 3 days of receipt of goods, or the minimum number of day allowed by law, whichever is greater. Palmetto Outlet reserves the right to charge Buyer a minimum of 15% re-stocking fee on all non-defective, returned or exchanged products. Defective products will only be exchanged for like items. Non-defective items will only be exchanged for a maximum of 30 days from the date of original shipment to Buyer. After 30 days from date of purchase, Palmetto Outlet reserves the right to honor product warranty by repair or replacement or referral to the Manufacturer. Palmetto Outlet reserves the right to refuse or return to Buyer any non-defective items without prior authorization. All return shipping costs for defective or non-defective items are solely the responsibility of the Buyer. Items that are special, unique or that were custom configured may not be exchanged or refunded. Value for all refunds & exchanges will not exceed the current selling price for like item. All shipping charges are non-refundable in any circumstance.
